You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. By completing a purchase through our site, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.
General Shipping Information
Orders with completed payment will be shipped within 2 business days in most situations. A notification will be sent to the email address you entered upon receiving your new order and after the order is shipped. If there are any problems with your order (i.e. trouble with your shipping address), you will be contacted promptly by both phone and email. We typically email tracking information by 5pm PST the day your order ships. For registered customer, you can log in your account and see the status and tracking information.
Shipping Methods
AQUATRADERS.COM offers UPS Ground to ship within the lower 48 US States, no PO Box address. For shipping addresses in AK, HI, PR, APO, FPO, and PO Box, we offer USPS Priority or UPS Standard for oversized item(s) as a shipping option.
AQUATRADERS.COM also offers USPS International Priority or UPS Standard for oversized package(s) to Canada. Customer is responsible for all custom fees and import duties.
Default shipping method is UPS Ground for Free Shipping item(s) and valid within the lower 48 US States only.
Shipping Policy
For orders over $500 will be shipped with Signature Required.
If you would like to request a particular delivery time or date, please contact our customer service before placing the order. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
If your shipping address is the same address where your monthly credit card statement is sent, you do not need to do anything. To better protect and serve our customers, AQUATRADERS.COM has implemented the following fraud protection procedure. If your order is over $300 and requires shipping to a different address than your billing address, the shipping address must be verified. To establish an alternate shipping address, please complete the following steps:
- Call the credit card company (Their toll-free customer service number is listed on the back of your credit card)
- Inform the credit card company that you would like to include an alternate shipping address on your credit card account.
- Please allow 24 -48 hours for the credit card company updating your account information.
You may follow these instructions with any credit card as all credit card companies allow you to have alternate shipping addresses on file. By following these instructions, we can verify your shipping address without having to contact you personally. If you do not have an alternate shipping address on your credit card account, our customer service representatives will contact the cardholder via email to verify or change the order. The order will be delayed pending authorization from the cardholder who must be contacted at the billing phone number. This is one of the ways that AQUATRDERS.COM strives to protect its customers.
Pricing and Availability
Pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Most items displayed at the site are also available through our store in San Bruno, CA while supplies last. The prices displayed at the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and valid for online purchase only. If the price drops anytime before your scheduled delivery date, please contact our customer service for a price adjustment. Store price is listed under the product description section.
Payment
AQUATRADERS.COM accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and PayPal. Payments must be cleared before the order is shipped.
Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to AQUATRADERS.COM is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the internet.
California State Residents Only
AQUATRADERS.COM will automatically apply all applicable sales taxes for any order to be delivered within the State of California (@ 8.25%). Sales tax is applied to the item price, but not on the shipping charges.
Returns & Refunds
All item returns are subject to AQUATRADERS.COM Returns Policies which forms part of these terms and conditions.
Privacy
We will comply with AQUATRADERS.COM Privacy Statement. AQUATRADERS.COM will not reveal your personal information to external organizations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.
