Continuous siphon overflow box is the best alternative replacing the built-in overflow to drain aquarium water to under cabinet sump or filter system. Easy to set up. No drilling or tank modification is required.

Recommended to use with a powerhead to prevent trapped air from the siphon. Simply attach the air hose from the overflow box to the air input of the powerhead.

one thing make sure you bring the water level up in the overflows main box with some 1" PVC pipe. If you don't do this it will lose the siphon when you turn off your pump. any one that says that is is not a good overflow never used it.

Great deal! Just as the rating below I gave it 4 stars simply because there was a nice big chip on the back of overflow box! Does not affect performance but kinda weird that both me and the man below had a chip upon arival!!! May be why there so cheaply priced!!!

Its very nice but keep in mind, this thing is HUGE! I way underestimated haha but it is well worth the money!

The only reason i rated four stars is because it arrived with a chip in the top of the back box but it will still function.  

I havent got it running yet because i have to mod my DIY sump first for the second drain line.
